Omaha Police have made an arrest in a July 5 homicide at Jackson Tower.
OPD investigators booked Donovan Fryer, 23, into Douglas County Corrections for second-degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony and possession of a gun by a prohibited person.
Roderick Moore, 19, died in the shooting.
