OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — According to the Omaha Police Department, 55-year-old Monica Helm was found dead on Tuesday. She was reportedly last seen on Dec. 22 and was later declared a missing person.
On Christmas Day, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office asked for the public's assistance to help locate her.
OPD confirmed Helm's body was found in her vehicle near 90th and Blondo Streets. Police say her death does not appear to be suspicious, but an autopsy will be undertaken in the next few days.
