OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — People in a rush, trying to catch the bus now have a new tool at their disposal. The Metro Transit Authority of the City of Omaha unveiled a new resource for people wanting up-to-the-minute information about city buses.

Along with traditional services Metro says MyRide OMA will include features such as new trip planner and more:

“This system will be great for Omaha and Metro alike. Our riders will have access to real-time information, and we will have valuable data at our fingertips, which will help us make our system more efficient,” said Curt Simon, Metro’s executive director. There are more features to come."

The new system went live today and Metro is asking riders to provide feedback as they continue working on the website and a soon-to-be release app.
