One shot in South Omaha overnight

An Omaha man was shot in Crystal Beverage in South Omaha early Thursday morning. 

According to a release, a man entered the store with a gun and was shot by a witness. The witness then held the suspect at gun point until police arrived. 

The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Juan Armand, was transported to Nebraska Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. 

On Thursday night, Armond was booked in Douglas County Corrections for attempted robbery and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
