Monday night, the Omaha Public School board is expected to vote on whether or not a multimillion dollar school bond package will appear on the May ballot.
Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald report it would be for "Phase 2" of funding, worth nearly $410 million.
The proposal would include the construction of five new schools including ones in South and Northwest Omaha.
In 2014, voters approved the first phase, a $421 million bond issue.
