OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Just before midnight on Thursday, the Omaha Police Department received a call about a shooting victim who showed up at Bergan Mercy Hospital.
They say the victim, 25-year-old Antonio Escobedo, told officers that he was near 24th and G Streets when he heard gunshots and realized he had been struck. After realizing his injuries, Escobedo asked a friend to transport him to the hospital for treatment with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and ask anyone with information to contact them.
