Police investigating overnight shooting

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — 6/14/20 update:

Jonathan Baltimore was declared deceased on Saturday.

This shooting is now being investigated as a homicide, according to Omaha Police.

Update:

Police have identified the victim as 20-year-old Jonathan Baltimore and say he was transported Nebraska Medical Center with critical injuries.

Police say a 15-year-old male has been identified as a suspect and that he has been booked at the Douglas County Youth Center for "2nd-Degree Felony Assault, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, Unlawful Possession of a Handgun by a Minor and Possession of a Defaced Firearm."

Police are investigating a late-night shooting that injured a young man.

Officers were called to the area of 46th and Grand Ave around 10:21pm. Paramedics took the victim to the hospital with potentially critical injuries.

So far, no word from police about any suspects.
