OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Police Athletics for Community Engagement (PACE) rallied the troops to deliver holiday meals on Tuesday.
They partnered with Cubbies and Hy-Vee to give out 175 meals that will be delivered to families in need all across Omaha.
The officers say it's important to establish connections with the communities they serve.
Times are hard and stressful and as they usually meet people on one of their worst days, they want to say hello and good day, turkey in hand.
