A man wanted by Council Bluffs Police in connection with a shooting death Sunday afternoon near 90th Street and Park Drive turned himself into authorities Monday morning.
Kenneth Still, 69, was believed to be armed and dangerous before turning himself in at 11 a.m. at the Pottawattamie County Courthouse, according to a release from the Council Bluffs Police Department. He was then taken to Pottawattamie County Jail and booked on a charge of first-degree murder, the release states.
The incident began reportedly began around 3 p.m. Sunday when the victim began involved in a disturbance with the suspect, Kenneth Still, on the front porch of a home.
Witnesses say Still went into the home and brought out a shotgun, which he fired, striking the victim in the head.
The victim was identified as 21-year-old Devon Theisen. He later died at Nebraska Med.
