Deputies with the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene of a crash involving a car and a train.
When they got to 180th and Giles around 1:00 a.m. they couldn't find the driver of the car.
They searched the area and talked to the owner of the car on the phone. He told deputies his son, James Thompson, had the car.
They were able to ping his cell phone and find him walking between 168th and 180th. Deputies cited Thompson for DUI.
