Adrian Latham, the Iowa man who was arrested after fleeing police and driving recklessly on a tractor, was charged with operating during suspension, willful reckless driving, felony flight to avoid arrest and felony criminal mischief Thursday morning.
Prosecutors said there may be an additional charge of theft by unlawful taking because the tractor did not belong to Latham.
The 41-year-old also had THC and amphetamines in his system at the time of his arrest, which occurred after he crashed into a private residence.
His bond was set at $75,000.
