Today was a day to remember the life lost too soon. Friends and family of Jasmine Harris released balloons near the sight of the shooting.

Cheyenne Harris is the sister of the 20-year old woman who was killed. She says Jasmine had a contagious attitude that made others just love being around her.

"She'll give you the shirt off her back, she has helped so many people, she's the social butterfly of the family, she always had a lot of friends, a lot of people knew her," says Harris.
"She was so full of life. She had dreams and aspirations of going to cosmetology school. She loved to do hair, she loved to do makeup," says Harris.

While the full circumstances of the shooting are not known, Cheyenne's says her sister had no gang affiliation.

"My sister was not involved in any gangs whatsoever, she never was, she was just down here. Wrong place," says Harris.

She says that she won't sleep until the person that shot her sister is locked up.

"There ain't no stopping until we know who has done this and know they are in jail," says Harris.
