MILLS COUNTY, Iowa. (KMTV) — Mills County issued a partial release of their Mandatory Evacuation Order on Tuesday, allowing some residents to go back to their homes.
The partial release area includes the unincorporated areas from the Mills County/Pottawattamie County line South to Allis Road between the West face of the Loess Hills to the East and the Missouri River to the West.
Residents who live in the area listed above may return to their homes.
