Sydney Loofe case: Persons of interest indicted on unrelated charge

Posted

A federal grand jury has now indicted two persons of interest in the disappearance and death of Sydney Loofe on unrelated charges.

The FBI in Omaha sent out the update Tuesday evening saying Audrey Trial and Bailey Boswell are "indicted for their involvement in fraudulent activities including the transportation of stolen goods, securities, moneys, State tax stamps, or articles used in aiding and abetting these types of crimes."

Federal prosecutors charged them with transporting stolen items across state lines last week.

Trail and Boswell remain in custody and are due back in Federal court for a hearing on those charges Thursday afternoon.  They have not been charged in Loofe's disappearance and death.
