OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska Landlord-Tenant Commission held a press conference in front of Omaha's city hall to "urge an alternative solution to landlord registration." The founder of the group, Kay Wainwright, talked to reporters about the need for better landlord-tenant relationships without government intervention.
