Nicholas Hupp, 30, and Jessica Ethen, 27, were arrested Tuesday by the Omaha Fugitive Task Force for their roles in a September officer involved shooting.

Hupp was booked for two outstanding felonies, posses of a handgun by a prohibited person, possession of a stolen firearm and and possession of a controlled substance.

Ethen was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for accessory to a felony.

Police say in the early morning hours of Sept. 14, Hupp's Honda struck a marked police cruiser twice, including once on the driver side as an officer exited the vehicle. The officer sustained injuries to his lower leg and discharged three rounds from his weapon after the Honda drove away.
