The victims of a plane crash that killed two on the runway of the Millard Airport on Sunday morning were identified by Omaha Police on Monday afternoon.
According to a release, 63-year-old David Steier and 61-year-old Arlene Steier died as a result of the crash. David Steier died at the scene; Arlene was transferred to CUMC Bergan, where she later died.
