LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — Nebraska senator Megan Hunt is proposing a name, image and likeness bill which would allow college athletes to be compensated.
Reporter Phil Bergman sat down with Jo Potuto, a law professor at UNL who is one of the nation's top legal scholars on name, image and likeness.
They touch on pay to play, gender equity and how sponsorship will be affected by the bill.
