OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Four units in 'Property A' of Yale Park Apartments will welcome new tenants in June after thousands of code violations displaced residents in September.
Property owner Kay Anderson can begin renting out 'Property A' as it has passed inspection.
Anderson has 90 days to repair 'Property B'.
