OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — If you have mounting yard waste and maybe some old tires you'd like to get rid of, Omaha's Public Works Department is holding several dropoff events to help you declutter.
The collections will be limited to yard waste and tires and will 9am-2pm at the following sites on the listed dates:
- October 24: Tranquility North Soccer Fields - 123rd & Fort St - tires and yardwaste Al Veys Park - 6606 S 60th St. - yardwaste only
- November 7: Mission Park - 6110 S 168th St. - tires and yardwaste Dill Softball Complex, 7002 Military Ave. - yardwaste only
- November 14: Al Veys Park - 6606 S 60th St. - tires and yardwaste Tranquility North Soccer Fields - 123rd & Fort St - yardwaste only
- November 21: Dill Softball Complex - 7002 Military Ave. - tires and yardwaste Mission Park - 6110 S 168th St. - yardwaste only
