The Army Corps of Engineers and the Papio NRD began work today to repair the Union Dike about 7 miles north of Valley. The dike failed during the flooding over the past two weeks, and repairs are needed to prevent future flooding should river levels rise again. This is raw video of the repair work being done as seen from our Skytracker 3 drone.
