- Video shows the area of 9th and Carter Lake Boulevard where a 59-year-old man was shot Friday evening.

On Friday around 7:50p.m. police were called to the area of 9th and Carter Lake Boulevard. When Police arrived, they found 59-year-old Bernard Leonard lying unresponsive next to a motorcycle. Shortly after, police discovered that Leonard was injured from a gunshot. The investigation is ongoing.
