Omaha murder suspect found guilty of one charge, not guilty of the other

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A man on trial for murder was found guilty of one of his crimes.

Marcus Short was convicted by a jury in the 2015 deadly shooting of 19 year old Garion Johnson. Short was not found guilty in the death of DePrecia Neelon.

This is Short's second trial, as his first resulted in a mistrial. He was accused of jury tampering.

Short faces life in prison.
