Louisville started the game hot scoring five runs in the bottom of the second inning to take a quick 5-0 lead. The action started with a RBI single by Devin Hairston to score Brendan McKay.

Colin Lyman stepped up to the plate next and didn't disappoint delivering an RBI single bringing home Drew Ellis.

Shortly after Colby Fitch drove in two runs with a single to give the Cardinals a 4-0 lead.

Devin Mann hit the sixth single of the inning to score Logan Taylor.

After a quiet third inning Texas A&M scored two runs in the top of the fourth inning.

Aggies' two runs in the top of the fourth inning cut the Cardinals lead to 5-2.
Following a scoreless fifth inning Texas A&M continued to fight for the lead bringing in two more runs in the top of the sixth.
Blake Kopetsky delivered an RBI double to the left field to score ole Bedford.

The Cardinals shut down the Aggies answering with two runs in the bottom of the sixth to take a 7-4 lead.

Louisville sealed the win in the bottom of the eighth inning with a double by Fitch to give the Cardinals an 8-4 win.
Louisville will play the winner of TCU vs. Florida Tuesday at 6 p.m., while Texas A&M will play the loser in an elimination game Tuesday at 1 p.m.
