Creighton's senior guard Marcus Foster and redshirt freshman center Justin Patton earned All-BIG EAST acclaim for the 2017 season. Foster was a unanimous choice for the All-BIG EAST first team and Patton earned All-Rookie and second team All-BIG EAST honors.

Foster joins former Bluejay Doug McDermott as the only two Creighton players to receive first team All-BIG EAST honors. The senior guard finished second in the BIG EAST in points per game with 18.5, as well as 2.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.

Patton led Creighton with 6.3 rebounds per game and 1.5 blocked shots a game. He was also the Jays second leading scorer behind Foster with 13.1 ppg.

Up next, the Jays will take on Providence in the first round of the BIG EAST tournament Thursday at 9:30 p.m. in Madison Square Garden.
