Nebraska's Mike Riley takes the podium following Nebraska's 23-17 to Wisconsin. The Badgers lead 7-0 going into the second quarter but the Huskers responded early on in the second quarter to tie it 7-7. Wisconsin kicked a 44-yard field goal to make it 10-7 at the end of the first half. Wisconsin started to pull away after they scored again in the third quarter take the lead to 17-7. Huskers' added a touchdown and field goal in the fourth quarter to tie the game 17-17 and bring the game to overtime.
Wisconsin quickly scored in overtime to make it 23-17 and the Huskers failed to respond. This is the Huskers' first loss of the season, they will take on Ohio State Saturday, November 5th.
