Despite a career game from James Palmer Jr., Nebraska basketball came up short in a close one with No. 13 Ohio State. The Huskers fall to 14-8 on the season and 5-4 in Big Ten Conference play after the 65-59 loss.

The Buckeyes didn't have an answer for Palmer who finished with over half of team's points with 34, but no other Husker was in double-digit scoring.

Nebraska struggled with the three point shot yet again, connecting on just seven of their 27 shots from beyond the arc.

The Huskers will continue their road trip with a game at Rutgers Wednesday at 6 p.m. before coming back home to take on Iowa Saturday at 7 p.m.
