Palmer's buzzer-beater leads Huskers past Illinois

James Palmer, Jr. hit the game-winning three pointer with 0.3 seconds left as Nebraska hung on to beat Illinois on Monday night, 64-63.

The Illini took the lead just seconds earlier on a four point play by Michael Finke.

But the Huskers were able to get the buzzer-beater off just in time. Palmer finished with a game-high 24 points. NU improved to 13-7 overall and 4-3 in Big Ten play.
