The Nebraska softball team brought its offense with them to the Windy City on Friday afternoon. The Huskers hit three home runs, two from Laura Barrow alone, as NU beat Northwestern 6-2. Omaha Skutt alum Kaylan Jablonski blasted a long bomb as well, her 8th of the season.
The Big Red improved to 25-10 overall and 3-1 in the Big Ten. The Huskers and Wildcats meet again Saturday starting at 1 p.m.
