Nebraska volleyball sweeps Ball State to advance to Round of 32 in NCAA Tournament

LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — The 5th seeded Nebraska volleyball team set the tone early, then went on to sweep Ball State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday in Lincoln, 25-13, 25-18, 25-10.

Lauren Stivrins and Madi Kubik both had 11 kills on the night. NU hit .425 on the night.

The Huskers will face Missouri on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Devaney Center. The match will be shown on NET. The Big Red faced the Tigers in the exact same round last year with Nebraska winning in straight sets.
