The University of Nebraska-Omaha men's basketball team visits UMKC on Thursday, December 15th.
Omaha is coming off of a 97-91 win at Baxter Arena over Montana State. The Mavericks' Marcus Tyus tallied up a career-best 37 points adding four rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Tyus, Tre'Shawn Thurman, Zach Jackson and Tra-Deon Hollins all averaged double-digit scoring. Thurman leads the team in scoring, averaging 14.5 points per game.
UMKC is also coming off a 93-71 win over William Jewell. LaVell Boyd led the team in scoring with 21 points while four other Kangaroos added double-digit points.
Omaha (5-5) faces UMKC (7-4) Thursday, December 15th. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:35 at Municipal Auditorium.
