COUNCIL BLUFFS (KMTV) — High school sports returned in full force on Monday in Iowa.

Lewis Central baseball began the Jim Waters era with a 13-2 win over Atlantic. Just next door, the Trojans softball team took care of the Titans.

Meanwhile, St. Albert baseball beat Harlan at home while the Cyclones softball team defeated the Saintes.
