In an instant classic in the Class B state championship game, Gretna's Joseph Johnson hit a game-winning three with just 6.4 seconds left to give the Dragons their second straight state title, 55-53 over Scottsbluff.
In a wild finish, there were three lead changes in the last 26 seconds. First, the Dragons' Ty Duin put Gretna ahead 52-51 with a strong take inside. Then after two Scottsbluff free throws from Andru Kuxhausen, Johnson nailed the game winner.
Gretna ends the season at 27-2 overall, while Scottsbluff finishes the year at 26-3.
