Huskers beat Michigan to advance to Big Ten Baseball Tournament title game

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska baseball team beat Michigan, 7-3, on Saturday night to advance to the Big Ten Tournament title game.

The Huskers will take on the Ohio State-Minnesota winner starting at approximately 3 p.m. on Sunday at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha.

The Buckeyes and Gophers will start at 11 a.m.

Robbie Palkert went 5.1 innings in relief to earn the win for NU. Kyle Perry went 3.1 innings to start for the Big Red.

Spencer Schwellenbach went 3-for-5 with 3 RBI for Nebraska. The Huskers improved to 31-21 on the season.
