The Nebraska baseball team rallied from an early 3-0 deficit to defeat UNO, 8-5, on Wednesday at Werner Park.
PAPILLION, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska baseball team fell behind early, 3-0, but rallied to beat UNO, 8-5, on Wednesday night at Werner Park. Papillion-La Vista South grad Aaron Palensky put the Huskers ahead for good with an RBI single in the top of the 8th that scored Alex Henwood. Joe Acker also added an RBI double that scored two more in the inning.
The Huskers improved to 21-11 overall. NU visits Iowa starting Friday at 6 p.m.
