It's been an unprecedented last year with the election, social unrest and the pandemic.

3 News Now is looking at ways to help you overcome the effects of the pandemic and rebound from them.

Along with navigating COVID-19, CHI Health has been fighting another battle - mental health.

Last summer the hospital saw a major increase in people reaching out for support.
