OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — There are only two more shopping days until Christmas and people at Village Pointe said they were shocked at the lack of people out shopping, especially given the nice weather. "It was a beautiful day to come outside and take the dog out of the house," said Scott Boone.

Those out say they were picking up last minute gifts.

Shoppers said the stores were ready for influx of people so it was fast and easy to get everything taken care of. "I got earrings and couple little things for my mom and a sweatshirt for my dad and other things for my brother," said McKinley Matlock. "We are looking for jewelry, we are looking for personal items, cups," said Anne Ferin.
