UNIVERSITY PARK (KMTV) — Teddy Allen's bucket with less than 15 seconds remaining helped the Nebraska men's basketball team snap its 26 game Big Ten losing streak with a 62-61 victory at Penn State on Sunday.

It's the Huskers' first conference win since January 7, 2020 against Iowa. NU led by as many as 11 in the 2nd half before letting the Nittany Lions retake the lead, 61-60 with less than two minutes remaining.

But Allen's bucket with 12.3 seconds remaining put the Big Red up for good. The Boys Town alum scored a team-high 14 points.

The Huskers (5-12, 1-9) are at Maryland on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on BTN.
