KANSAS CITY (KMTV) — The Nebraska men's basketball team has now won ten straight games after hanging on to beat Kansas State in the final of the Hall of Fame Classic, 86-85. The ten straight wins is currently the best in the country.
Sam Hoiberg hit the game-winning free throw with 0.9 seconds remaining. Pryce Sandfort scored a game-high 21 points for the Huskers, while Rienk Mast added 20.
NU now hosts Winthrop on Tuesday.
