NEBRASKA

DOUGLAS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

  • 53 additional positive COVID-19 cases for a total of 13,949 cases
  • Testing for the past week showed a 9.7% positivity rate with 583 new cases on 6,039 tests compared to last week's 10.8% positivity rate with 740 new cases on 6,875 tests
  • No new deaths for a total of 169 deaths
  • 10,036 residents have recovered
  • As of Saturday, metro area hospitals had 315 medical and surgical beds available for a 77 percent occupancy rate
  • There were 82 inpatients diagnosed with COVID-19 and 26 more persons of interest (generally waiting for test results)
  • Fifteen individuals who were confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19 were on ventilators

LINCOLN-LANCASTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

  • 23 additional positive COVID-19 cases were reported Sunday for a total of 4,468 cases
  • Number of deaths remains at 20

IOWA

  • 750 additional COVID-19 cases for a total of 69,756 cases
  • 49,660 have recovered
  • 5 additional deaths for a total of 1,165 deaths
