The man charged in a deadly crash Friday night appeared before a judge Wednesday morning.
A judge set 28 year old Tyvinn Smith's bond at $750,000 for motor vehicle homicide. Police say Smith was drunk and speeding when his car slammed into another vehicle near 80th and Sorensen Parkway. 16 year old Janis Brown died in the crash. Her sister and little brother were also injured in the crash. Prosecutors say blood tests determined Smith had a blood alcohol content of .102 and urine tests were positive for cocaine and PCP.
Family and friends held a candlelight vigil for Brown last night at Northwest High School.
