The office of Hon. Timothy Burns, a Douglas County district court judge, confirmed with 3 News Now that charges against David Mitchell were dismissed on Aug. 12.

On Monday, the owner of Gamers, 26-year-old David Mitchell, was arrested and booked on charges connected to the burglary of a competing video game store. Today, according to the Gamers Facebook page, he posted bail.
In the post, the author says bail was set at $50,000 and vowed to clear the name of not only Mitchell but the business as well.
