GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KMTV) — A week ago, the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) announced they would have a cruiser at the state fair and asked people to cover it with messages of support for "those affected by the largest natural disaster our state has seen.” Attendees did not let them down.
In a tweet, the NSP showed off one of their Dodge Chargers, which has been buried in post-it notes.

The state fair is scheduled to run through Labor Day.
