OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — This week Omaha's City Council approved a pilot program for rent-able electric scooters. One of Mayor Jean Stothert's representatives said she will not be signing off on the program until at least next week so they can learn more about them. One of the vendors we contacted was not happy about it.

A Lime representative told us they are "surprised and upset" by the information and that they pride themselves on working with cities when launching their scooters. They say they've been ready to launch since Wednesday and feel let down.
