Bellevue Police have arrested three people between the ages of 16 and 18 in connection to the assault at Freeman Park.

All three of the suspects were cited for third-degree assault and one of them also received a citation for robbery for stealing a necklace belonging to the victim.
There is a fourth suspect who has not been located.
All three are juveniles so their names will not be made public.
The incident occurred on Sept. 29, but a video of it went viral on Monday.
