OMAHA (KMTV) — The 21st ranked Creighton men's basketball team pulled away from St. John's in the 2nd half to earn a 94-82 win and move into a tie for 2nd place with Villanova in the BIG EAST standings.
Six Jays scored in double figures, led by Marcus Zegarowski with 23.
CU improved to 18-6 overall, 7-4 in the league.
Creighton heads to 1st place Seton Hall on Wednesday starting at 5:30 p.m. on FS1.
