NEW YORK (KMTV) — Xavier's Zach Hankins scored the game-winning bucket with 21 seconds left to eliminate Creighton from the Big East Tournament on Thursday, 63-61.
The Jays fell to 18-14 overall and will now wait until Sunday to find out their postseason fate. Ty-Shon Alexander scored a team-high 18 points in the loss.
