ANN ARBOR (KMTV) — The Creighton men's basketball team held a halftime lead but couldn't hang on, falling for the first time this season at Michigan, 79-69.
It's the first time in Greg McDermott's ten seasons at CU that the Jays haven't started out a season 2-0.
Ty-Shon Alexander led the way for Creighton with 20 points, 14 of those coming in the first half. Marcus Zegarowski added 18.
CU (1-1) hosts Louisiana Tech on Saturday starting at 5 p.m. on FS2.
