PISCATAWAY, N.J. (KMTV) — The Nebraska men's basketball team held a six point lead at #24 Rutgers with less than three minutes remaining but couldn't close the deal, as the Huskers lost 75-72 on Saturday.
Geo Baker hit the game-winning three for the Scarlet Knights with one second remaining.
Cam Mack scored 16 of his team-high 19 points in the 2nd half.
NU fell to 7-13 overall, 2-7 in the Big Ten. The Huskers host Michigan on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on ESPNU.
