Millard South welcomed Gretna to the Class A ranks by shutting out the Dragons, 27-0 on opening night of the high school football season.

The Pats got the party started early as Isaiah Harris took one to the house 68 yards to give Millard South a 7-0 first quarter lead.
Then in the 4th quarter, TJ Urban found Tyson Gerdes on an 11 yard touchdown pass to put the Patriots up 14-0. Garrett Mandolfo added a short touchdown run and Isaiah Jackson capped off the scoring with one of his own.
